Business Expo Exhibitor Instructions

Attention Exhibitors

Thank you for registering for our 10th Annual Business Expo & Restaurant Night!! Below is some important information to know prior to coming to the event, which is less than a week away. Please remember, our Business Expo is a networking event only. Exhibitors are not permitted to sell any goods/services on premises. If you have any questions, please contact Janet Lombardo at jlombardo@copiaguechamber.org or evenings call after 6pm at 516-972-2832.
  • Setup for all exhibitors is from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM. You must be setup before the Expo is open to the General Public – promptly at 6:30 PM. If this is not possible, please contact Janet as soon as possible. Tear down is at 9:00 PM, please make every effort to exhibit for the duration of the event. A 6 foot table and two chairs has been provided for you. We suggest you have at least one other person with you so you can also network.
  • All Exhibitors are required to park in the rear of the Walter G. O’Connell CopiagueHigh School and use the rear entrance of the School, which is located at 1100 Dixon Avenue, Copiague. All loading and unloading must be done from therear entrance only. Please check- in at the Copiague Chamber check-in desk as you enter the exhibit hall. There you will receive your table location and at that time, please be sure to notify us of any items for the business raffle.
  • EVENT SURVEY: Scan the QR Code displayed throuhout the exhibit hall to access our online survey. Complete it by 8:00 PM and receive a raffle ticket for our Lotto Board!!
  • Electricity is limited. We will make every effort to have electric for those who requested it during registration. If you have requested electricity, please bring a long extension cord with you, (keeping in mind that each table is 6 feet) since it is possible your table may not be positioned close to an outlet.
  • We are encouraging exhibitor business raffles. All raffles will be held between 8:00 – 9:00 PM. Again, If you have a basket or other items to raffle, please advise our staff at check-in. Business Raffle donations can also be dropped off at Advantage Real Estate at 1226 Montauk Highway, Copiague no later thank April 24th.
  • Food Sponsors – Thank you for contributing to this event! You are responsible for any plates, utensils that may be needed to serve your dishes. Small plates are highly recommended. If you are serving hot food, please provide sternos. All attendees (including Exhibitors) will be given a Food ticket. Please do not serve anyone without a ticket. Should you need assistant, the National Honor Society will be be available to help serve. All Food should arrive no later than 6 PM.
  • Game Cards. If you are a Premium, Emerald, Sapphire or Diamond Sponsor, you will be included on our Game card. Once the cards are stamped by each Sponsor, they will be returned to our Chamber table for a chance to a Microsoft Surface Pro 4. All exhibitors are eligible to win.
