Needed: Event Sponsors / Food Donations
  • Date: Wednesday, November 4th
  • Time: 6:30pm - 9:30pm
  • Exhibitor Set Up: 4:30pm

  • Cost: Free to all (exhibitors, participants, spectators)
    Please Note: This event is for "exhibition only" and not to make sales and exchange money.

    400 S Broadway - Lindenhurst (north of Montauk Hwy) Map and Directions:

  • Amenities:
    • Room Dimensions: A very spacious 54ft x 68ft room
    • Table Dimensions: Rectangular 72 x 30
    • Table Space Allotment: Unless otherwise requested, space will be alloted on a half table basis (depending on availability)
    • Electricity: Based on availability of outlets.. You must bring your own extension cords...!!!

    • Suggestions for exhibitors:
      • There should be at least 2 of you. One to stay by your own table. And one to visit everyone else's table.
      • You should bring a "fish bowl" to collect business cards. Also, bring a "gift" to raffle off from the business cards you collect.
      • Notify you clients, friends, families and everyone about your participation in this event. The more that show up, the better for all...!!!
